Day 1: Arrive in Darwin Arrive in Darwin, pick up your rental vehicle and settle into your accommodation. Depending on what time you arrive, take the time to explore modern Darwin and its' surrounds, including Stokes Hill Wharf & Cullen Bay. Day 2 : Around Darwin A full day to relax or explore more of Darwins' highlights. Recommended attractions include the Botanic Gardens, Indo Pacific Marine, the Pearling Exhibition, Stokes Hill Wharf, Fannie Bay Gaol, the Museum featuring the Cyclone Tracy Exhibition, Art Gallery and the East Point Military Museum. Alternatively travel 57km south of Darwin visiting the world class Territory Wildlife Park. Day 3 : Darwin to Kakadu Day 3 Travel the 260 km from Darwin to Kakadu National Park along the Arnhem Hwy, stopping at Fogg Conservation Reserve & Window on the Wetlands Visitors Centre. After entering Kakadu head out to Ubirr Rock & explore the famous rock art take the opportunity to watch the incredible sunset over the Wetlands.  | Day 4: Kakadu to Litchfield Spend part ofthe day exploring more of the attractions within Kakadu National Park before starting to head back towards Darwin. Your departure time will depend on the attractions you want to see from these two locations and along the Arnhem Highway. If you arrive into Litchfield early spend time exploring and enjoying the magnificent waterfalls and swimming holes of Litchfield National Park. Day 5: Litchfield National Park to Darwin A free morning to relax and re-enter Litchfield National Park before returning to Darwin. Spend as little or as long as you like at Litchfield depending on how you feel on the day. Day 7: Around Alice - West MacDonnell Ranges: Spend the Day exploring Alice Springs and its local attractions including the Alice Desert Park or cultural precinct. part of the day driving the 450 km from Alice Springs to Uluru along the Stuart
and Lasseter highways. Both roads are excellent and well maintained. A mid morning
departure allows you to arrive and settle in to your accommodation in a relaxed
state. In the afternoon head out and take photos of this extraordinary landscape.

Day 9: Exploring Uluru - Kata Tjuta National Park: A magnificent day exploring the Kata-Tjuta National Park. Spend the time driving or walking around the base of the rock exploring the many aspects of this amazing monolith . You also have the opportunity to climb the Rock (people with heart and respiratory problems or fear of heights should not attempt it). In the afternoon visit Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) a collection of weathered red domes, located 50 km from Ayers Rock along a sealed road.
